Placing Your Order
Send your PO and artwork files to Orders@ready4kits.com. Refer to the artwork requirements and additional information below.
Art Requirements
Please carefully review the below requirements for submitted artwork. Ready 4 Kits is happy to provide 1 hour of artwork time free of charge. Additional artwork time will be billed at $48.00 (V) per hour. We will color match to Pantone® Uncoated.
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files preferred. TIF, PSD, PDF, and high resolution JPEG accepted.
- All typography and line art must be converted to outlines.
- Line art must be at least 1 pt. in thickness.
- Minimum font size is 12 pt. sans serif or 14 pt. serif.
- If not specified, layout and size are at Ready 4 Kits' discretion.
- Halftone printing not available.
Send artwork to art@ready4kits.com. Please include file extensions when sending digital artwork. Artwork sent by fax is not acceptable.
Artwork Revisions
All changes must be submitted in writing. Customers will be liable for any costs incurred for changes implemented after the production process has begun.
Standard Production Time
Standard production time is 5 – 7 business days after art approval (catalog quantities only). Please indicate firm in hands/event date on your order. Rush charges may apply for orders needed in less than 5 days. Learn more about rush orders.
Samples
Random samples and spec samples are available upon request. Email your request to orders@ready4kits.com.
Samples are available at no charge for products priced $20 or less. For products over $20, a sample charge of 50% EQP applies. Shipping account information or a valid credit card required to ship samples.
Set Up Charges
Setup charges apply per color at $40.00 (V), includes email proof. For previous artwork, there is no repeat setup charge.
Colors
There is no charge for PMS color matches.
Additional color runs include a 0.40ȼ (V) charge per additional color per kit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order. See the Shipping Info tab on the product detail pages for more information. Contact a representative for your custom shipping estimate.
The drop ship charge is $3.00 net per location after the first five locations.

Rush Orders
Rush service (less than 5 business days) is available on all products for orders of catalog quantities only, pending approval.
All rush orders must be approved by Sales and Customer Service. The deadline for rush orders is 12 pm EST on the first day. To request a rush order, please email orders@redy4kits.com or call (603) 358-1010 and ask for the Ready 4 Kits Sales Department. The order must be clearly marked with the due date on the PO.
Artwork will be used as provided on rush orders. A paper proof will not be issued, and production will not wait for approval.
The order will ship assuming favorable, previously established credit limits or prepayment. We accept all major credit cards.
